First and last time using this. Zero support. Tax flow is choppy. Terrible printing issues. I had to print each part separately, not as a whole return. Keep getting error messages. I am very knowledgeable about taxes and computers. This program is the worst! Avoid it.

In summary, I would not recommend OLT.com to a friend.

The good: this tax software is free. The bad: this tax software is free. For more than 20 years, I've prepared my own tax returns for business and personal including multiple rental properties. I've also used IRS FreeFile and TurboTax so I am not a novice. I found the OLT software to be confusing and unintuitive plus I encountered numerous technical issues.

For the "free" version, the only support is via email and it takes several days to receive a reply and the responses did not provide a satisfactory solution. If you want more immediate "chat" support, you have to pay extra for that. I finally gave up and used IRS FreeFile, which took only 2 hours versus trying to work with OLT for more than a week.

In summary, I would not recommend OLT.com to a friend.
